Tam has been a Remedial Massage Therapist/ Myotherapist for over 15 years, looking after clients musculoskeletal issues and mental health with a combination of massage, cupping, electrotens treatment and dry needling. In order to increase her skills to help clients achieve greater health success, Tam went on to complete her Bachelor degree in Naturopathy at Torrens University, Melbourne. As a naturopath Tam enjoys helping clients improve their health covering a number of conditions and systems such as immune health, nervous system, gut health, perimenopause/ menopause and womens’ health, skin conditions and much, much more!

Tam began her career as a new graduate working in leading wellness clinics, including Endota Spa, where she developed a strong foundation in client care and therapeutic treatments. She then spent several years working alongside some of the Mornington Peninsula’s leading physiotherapists in Hastings and Mornington, gaining extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.

For the following 10 years, Tam practised at Peninsula Acupuncture & Natural Medicine Clinic in Main Street, Mornington, where she worked as part of a highly respected team of natural healthcare practitioners. This collaborative environment strengthened her passion for integrative healthcare and reinforced the value of combining evidence-informed naturopathy with hands-on myotherapy to provide truly personalised care.

Today, Tam is proud to welcome clients to her own practice, Peninsula Naturopathy, located in Frankston alongside Woodwalk Psychology. Her clinic brings together her years of clinical experience and her passion for helping people uncover the underlying causes of their health concerns. By combining naturopathy and myotherapy, she provides practical, individualised treatment plans that support better health, improved function and lasting wellbeing.

Tam believes the best healthcare starts with listening. Every person is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health. Her goal is to help you understand what’s happening in your body, provide clear, practical guidance, and support you every step of the way as you work towards feeling your best.

Tam lives locally with her family, enjoying the Mornington Peninsula beach lifestyle, her vegetable garden, complete beloved dog and her love of all things basketball.
